This is a mashup I put together using Audacity. The “Pray” vocal comes from an acapella CD release. The “Our Prayer” bit comes from the Freeform Reform Remix by London DJ Freeform Five, which was pressed on one-sided, clear 10″ vinyl, released only in Europe, and limited to 1,000 copies.
These tracks were all but made for each other — it required very little coaxing to get them together. I had to edit out a portion of the lyric to fit the track but to me the story still works. And at the end it was a little tricky matching the vocal to the slowdown of the music. But it was worth it in the end. Fun.
